Self-Portrait in a Pool

In ‘self-portrait in a pool’, I painted on the walls of a room, on myself and created my own shadow. This work has been created for the camera, in trompe-l’oeil. The camera was situated four meters high, away from the point of view of the spectator. A spectator entering the installation sees the trompe-l’oeil painting, but not from the ideal point, the experience made of the work is partial, the conventional perspective rules are broken.
